Matsudai x Silver Circle - Cocktail in a can - 330ml

Matsudai Ramen and Silver Circle Distillery have teamed up to bring you the Matsudai x Silver Circle - Pear & Yuzu Highball, a canned cocktail for 2, inspired by the Japanese ingredients of the Matsudai kitchen. The collaboration combines the culinary excellence of Cardiff's much-loved restaurant Matsudai Ramen with the distilling artistry of Monmounthshire’s Silver Circle Distillery, two award winning businesses from the Welsh food and drink scene.

At the heart of the Pear & Yuzu Highball is Silver Circle Aquavit, the first aquavit to be made in Wales. The vibrant flavours of Japanese pear and yuzu, delicate floral accent of meadowsweet and rich notes of coconut vinegar and koji create a deeply layered drink. A splash of soda makes each sip refreshingly effervescent.

Each can serves two people, simply divide between two ice filled highball glasses.
